Subscription & Billing
Our services require an active, paid subscription.
Fees & Charges: Subscription costs are disclosed at sign-up and may change at our discretion.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically charged on the renewal date.
No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, unless required by law.
Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is available. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:
Use our services legally and ethically, adhering to all relevant regulations.
Avoid infringing on third-party rights or contracts.
Refrain from exploiting or bypassing our platform’s security features.
Not solicit, recruit, or interfere with our employees, contractors, or clients during or after your subscription.
Not extract proprietary or sensitive data from Ravan.ai or its affiliates.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime by contacting us at [email protected].
Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for early termination.
Confirmation: A cancellation confirmation email will be sent. Contact us if not received.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
Data Policy: Accounts are suspended after cancellation or payment issues. Data is deleted after 30 days. Unused credits will be forfeited.
Credit Expiration
All purchased credits expire 6 months after the purchase date. Expired credits are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property—including trademarks, patents, designs, and service functionality—remains the sole property of Ravan.ai.
User Content
By uploading content, you grant Ravan.ai a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, modify, and distribute your content for operational purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Ravan.ai and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from:
